Pricing differences between civilian and public personnel, TC ID verification, and capacity management spanning multiple Kombinas emerged as both an administrative burden and a source of errors in the absence of a single centralized system.

Smart Reservation Layer

The system minimizes human error with TC ID-based guest verification, automatic capacity management, and a post-payment lock mechanism. All transactions are centrally logged and can be reported in Excel/PDF format.
