• AI Analysis Demo form: company name, sector, target audience, service description, full name, email, phone (optional).

3. Purpose of Processing

• Delivering the services you request and preparing project proposals.
• Sending you the AI analysis report by email.
• Sharing technology content as part of the newsletter subscription.
• Securing the service and preventing bot/spam requests (IP-based rate limiting).
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Brevo (Sendinblue): email delivery and newsletter management. Data is processed on Brevo's servers.
• Google Gemini API: your inputs (company, sector, etc.) are processed to generate AI analysis reports.
• Google reCAPTCHA: used on form submissions for spam and bot protection.

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Project request and analysis report data are retained for the duration of the service relationship and afterwards within the framework of legal retention obligations. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and request that your data be deleted.

Under KVKK Article 11 (and analogous GDPR rights for EU users), you have the right to:

• Find out whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information about the data being processed.
• Request that data be corrected, deleted or destroyed.
• Object to processing and seek redress for damages.
